A whole jade coffin beside a king's tomb.

Xuyi County, Jiangsu. about 2,100 years ago. Greece and Rome. Known. Free

Known. A complete jade coffin was found in the tomb next to King Liu Fei's.

King Liu Fei ruled the Jiangdu Kingdom and died in 128 BC, about 2,100 years ago. His burial complex is in Xuyi County, in Jiangsu. It is 490 metres long, with three main tombs and eleven attendant tombs. His own body was no longer in his tomb. Only pieces of his coffin remained, and those pieces had been lacquered and set with jade. The whole jade coffin was in the next tomb, and that person's name is not known. The complex held more than 10,000 objects, including life-size chariots, smaller chariots, musical instruments, and objects of gold, silver, bronze, jade, and lacquer.

The page does not say what is still argued.
