Known. A Wari craftsman was buried with his tools at a coastal castle in Peru.

The place is El Castillo de Huarmey, in the Ancash region, about 290 kilometres north of Lima. The Wari culture is dated from about 600 to 1000 AD. The page calls this tomb both about 1,300 years old and about 1,000 years old. With him were axes, knives, and baskets, plus gold and silver jewels, turquoise, and fine wooden figures.

The page does not say what is still argued.
